How it works:
Email is diverted into our secure data centre (24/7 security, power failover, etc.) where it undergoes rigorous filtering using state-of-the-art anti-spam and anti-virus technology; the filtering is customizable if required, but by default any spam with a small possibility of being genuine is sent as an attachment. From there we can either send the clean email back to your current email server (in your office, or with your ISP), or we can store the email in our online systems. We can even archive copies of all of email that passes through, in line with UK data retention legislation.

Online email:
Fully featured online email system for your entire organization, including sub-folders, calendars, tasks and contacts. Share contacts and folders across your organization. Synchronize calendar, tasks and contacts with Microsoft Outlook; even works on mobile devices running Windows Mobile 2005 or higher. Access your email via POP3, IMAP,HTTP (webmail), even on your mobile devices. Roaming SMTP (authentication) allows you to send from any network or location. All email and settings are configurable on a per-user basis and stored on secure RAID servers with enterpirise class data backup policies; fully complies with offsite data storage requirements and negates the need for onsite tape backup or local email servers.

Email archiving:
Every single email that passes through our system can be archived according to the needs of your industry sector. As this is securely stored off-site this will provide a solution to increasingly strict legislation that now requires organizations to retain digital correspondence with clients and suppliers. During the retention period you can immediately download the compressed archives from our secure servers at any time.
